Years of Experience: Bachelors degree in engineering, related technical field, or equivalent
practical experience. 7 years of experience or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Job Experience:
Program management, Sourcing Commodity management experience with deep experience in
Supplier survey, landscape assessment and supplier benchmarking.
Prior experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab Equipment technologies and processes is a plus.
Familiarity with semiconductor, Electrical equipment Manufacturing or high-technology supply
management practices, standards, and organizations.
Educational: Bachelors in engineering or any other stream. Masters or MBA will be an added
advantage.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Program Manager Lead will support Lams Global Supply Chain Management organization to
manage and implement supplier development and resilience programs. This person is responsible for
developing and implementing strategic plans to establish and strengthen a resilient supplier network
that is aligned with the organization's overall business goals. The position will serve as a center of
excellence for supplier risk analysis, performance monitoring and the development of relationships with
internal and external stakeholders. This role will lead in supplier identification, intelligence gathering
and collection of supplier data through surveys.
Manage key areas within the Lam Supply Chain organization that focus on supply chain risk and
performance management.
Meet with suppliers to collect, validate, and maintain confidential data in LAM systems
associated with supply disruptions.
Prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Track
project schedule and maintain matrix for process improvements.
Collaborate cross functionally with commodity teams, analytics, and external teams.
Data analysis - Prepare reports, tracking charts, and analytics using MS Excel and Power BI.
Create and update procedu
