1) Job Purpose

As the Innovation Program Manager for Performance Improvement (Solar) at our progressive renewables company, your mission is to elevate the efficiency, performance, and reliability of our Solar energy plants through strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices.

Your role encompasses fostering collaboration, harnessing data-driven insights, and driving transformative change across our operations and maintenance (O&M) teams. You will be responsible to keep our existing assets up to date with the latest & commercially viable technologies that improve the performance of our plants.
