ConveGenius is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team to support our ETSI Fellowship program. The ETSI Fellowship is on a mission to “building the educators of the next generation” who will support, lead and advance the Educational Technology (EdTech) work in governments, CSR funds, and non-governmental organizations in India. ETSI fellows are working alongside ConveGenius’ partners and are learning and implementing EdTech in the government schools in India.

Position Summary

Passion, intrapreneurial spirit, and grit are just a few of the things that ETSI team members have in common. Ideal candidates will have a blend of the private sector and non-profit experience, an eagerness to work within a start-up environment and a long-term commitment to the development of the education sector in India.

The Program Leader’s primary responsibility will be to manage a cohort of approximately 10-15 fellows per fellowship cycle. The Program Leader position is a full-time role, based in Noida, India. S/he will report to the Program Manager and support the entire ETSI team in executing program goals.

-Developing Comprehensive Reports

Candidate Requirements

-Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment and/or start-up organization;

-Familiarity and exposure to the field of education and educational technology;

-Strong verbal & written communications skills, and comfort representing the program externally;

-Program, stakeholder and team-management skills;

-Work in tight deadlines in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment;

-Self-awareness, strong listening skills, and empathy;

-Ability to contribute to high-level, strategic discussions around fellowship and program operations.
