Program Planning
1. Plan the delivery of the program support with AFS goals and standards.
2. Devise new programs under the sending/ hosting operations.
3. Participate in the planning and implementation of promotion and publicity campaigns in coordination with Local Presidents and schools for AFS Programs
4. Managing the leads derived from the program promotion and ensuring the follow-up with the same.
5. Any special projects relating to the higher education in colleges and university.
6. Any research related project with our partner organisations.
Program Implementation:
1. Ensure that Program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
2. Develop process, forms and records to document program activities
3. Placement: To look into the placement of the candidates under the 18+ Program (both hosting and sending) and ensuring timely documentation as well as communication with Partner countries on the same. Preparation of the agreements for the program.
4. Global competency certificate (GCC): Smooth implementation of the GCC training under the 18+Program Programs
5. Lead the program and give proper guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of the program.
Control the Program
1. Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks.
2. Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework.
3. Performs supplementary tasks as requested by the National Director.
4. Provide support and assistance in any other 18+Program oriented tasks.
