- Plan and support the organization of a program and its activities.
- Ensure that policies and best practices are followed.
- Keep a record of the budget and expenses.
- Manage communications with various organisations and vendors
- Schedule the details of the program and events based on an agenda.
- Complete and compile all necessary paperwork for documentation.
Update all the information into a database to make reports and proposals.
Facilitate growth and program development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Social Work
- Prior experience as a program coordinator.
- Good computer knowledge
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Understanding of report writing, bookkeeping, and budgeting.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
- Detail oriented with good problem solving ability.
