Data Sourcing & Management - Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkden, Fundoodata, Google search & other online social media and from the offline

network of decision makers of the events from the HR & Marketing departments of companies in the business

Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organisation

Verify and scrutinize all event related inquiries

SALES MEETINGS

Preparing for meeting through structured research about target client

Having effective sales meetings in order to:

Understand the events eco system of the clients / wedding expectation of the family

Position our company as the best choice of the client.

Generate / identify requirements for event from the client

SALES PROPOSALS / PRESENTATIONS

Create presentations based on clients requirements.

Coordinate with operations team to generate proposals & pre-event P&L

SALES CONVERSION

Managing client expectations while developing and maintaining strong relationships

Negotiate a Win-Win deals

Maintain profitability index as per companies guidelines

CLIENT COORDINATION

Write emails professionally to maintain all discussions with the client on record

Be the interface between the client & the operations team from the contract to completion of the event

Oversee the entire Event & Wedding Sales process from start to finish
