. Planning Monthly Requirement based on Monthly production Plan

. Discuss with the team for meeting targets

. Ensures availability of Materials/ Spares

. Co-ordinate with purchase department for maintaining stock of all required spares, consumables, tools etc.

. Responsible for preparing dies, Jigs, Fixtures, Other tools, etc.

. Ensure that all equipment’s and machineries are working in perfect condition. Plan for Preventive schedules at proper intervals

. Ensure Quality standards for all products.
