Job Role:
Responsible for coordination of the day to day production of lubricants, ensuring ‘Lubricants’ are manufactured to product standards, continuously monitoring of all equipment attached to the unit to minimize down time and oversee the transfers in and out of finished bulk products.
Job Description:
Planning & control of production – Additive receipt, Base Oil Unloading, Blending, transfer and bulk delivery processes.
Monitor and ensure adequate stock of packaging/raw materials is available to meet the set production targets.
Supervise the activities viz. Production Planning (Blending and Filling), Packing, Labelling Staff, Warehousing and Equipment Maintenance.
Monitor work area for potential losses and recommend areas for improvement.
Liaise with laboratory/QA unit to ensure that products meet specification.
Engage in Stock and Production batch materials reconciliation.
Administer all operations and ensure efficiency of all production equipment.
Ensure operations of all equipment and maintain safety for same and evaluate all work and maintain accuracy for the same.
Assist to clean up facility of all production lines clean up and perform all sanitation for warehouse activities.
Manage all production flow and collaborate with other supervisors to identify all process and equipment issues.
Start and stop the production line as needed to keep up with workflow and prevent potential safety hazards.
Maintain neat and clean area at all times and ensure compliance to all housekeeping standards and assist to scrape all labels and barrels.
Assist to perform all clean out procedures as per the compliance.
Provide training to all Operators / Workers as & when needed.
Daily Reports to be fulfilled - Blending Plan, Tanker Loading, Unloading Report, MIS, Production Dashboard.
Manage & motivate internal and external manpower for optimum results and sustainable growth
