Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with the planning and procurement teams to ensure adequate materials and resources are available for production.

Maintain and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Monitor and track production metrics, such as production output, efficiency, and downtime, and provide regular reports to management.

Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.

Foster a culture of safety by promoting and enforcing workplace safety guidelines and procedures.

Resolve production-related issues in a timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production management, implementing innovative techniques and technologies to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
