To monitoring & control of the manufacturing environments.

Ensure the compliance with the requirement of GMP & Sanitation.

Ensure Cleaning & sanitation of all Production, Packing Equipments & environment.

Handling of All Production & Packing machine operators throughout the shift.

Coordinate with Quality department for implementation of Food safety Management System throughout the Shop Floor.

Ensure production & packing of Finish Goods, WIP & Bulk materials as per Cadbury Quality protocol & as per Government rules & regulations.

Ensure implementation of HACCP protocol throughout the Production & Packing department.

Responsible for implementation of Cadbury QP system related to Production & Packing.

To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel

and the plant personnel’s is carried out and adapted according to need.

Active participation on site during Internal Audits, Regulatory Audits & Cadbury Global Audits.

Handling of Manpower on Shop Floor efficiently & delivering maximum output with proper Quality parameter.

Maintaining all required documentation as per Cadbury Quality protocol.
