Job Description

• To monitoring & control of the manufacturing environments.

• Ensure the compliance with the requirement of GMP & Sanitation.

• Ensure Cleaning & sanitation of all Production, Packing Equipments & environment.

• Handling of All Production & Packing machine operators throughout the shift.

• Coordinate with Quality department for implementation of Food safety Management System throughout the Shop Floor.

• Ensure production & packing of Finish Goods, WIP & Bulk materials as per Cadbury Quality protocol & as per Government rules & regulations.

• Ensure implementation of HACCP protocol throughout the Production & Packing department.

• Responsible for implementation of Cadbury QP system related to Production & Packing.

• To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel

and the plant personnels is carried out and adapted according to need.

• Active participation on site during Internal Audits, Regulatory Audits & Cadbury Global Audits.

• Handling of Manpower on Shop Floor efficiently & delivering maximum output with proper Quality parameter.

• Maintaining all required documentation as per Cadbury Quality protocol.
