Ensure that carefully made products are available to service customer deliveries in line with the sales plan.

Ensure that the production floor operates in line with the product costings and produce better yield rates for the product segments.

Strict adherence with the production budget.

To ensure that the machinery on the factory floor are operative with minimum/ no breakdowns and ensure that the maximum efficiency is drawn from machine running time.

To ensure that the production supervisors are punching the production entries/ attendance on time and accurately.

To ensure that raw material usage is efficient and that better yields are made because of Proper supervision of the supervisors, production team leaders and factory staff.

Ensure that the Production floor is maintained in line with proper local regulatory requirements.

Ensure that the production floor and factory is in line with the HACCP,ISO food safety requirements.

Ensure that the factory floor is operational with minimal supervision from the manufacturing lead.

To ensure adherence to HSE procedures.

Required Candidate profile

5+ years' experience in Production and manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree or Expertise in the same field required.

Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO , HACCP regulations.

Diploma Holder/Highly experienced in Injection/ Blow molding factories

Minimum 5 Years experience in a supervisory role in similiar type of industries
