Production Process Management:

Oversees the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production.

Monitors production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develops production plans and schedules.

Quality Control and Improvement:

Ensures products meet quality standards.

Monitors quality assurance.

Identifies and resolves production issues.

Implements and monitors corrective actions.

Team Management and Development:

Provides feedback on employee work performance.

Trains and develops staff.

Motivates the team to create a high-performance culture.

Leads by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

Inventory and Materials Management:

Manages inventory levels and coordinates material requirements.

Coordinates the supply of raw materials and equipment.

Communication and Reporting:

Communicates with the teams by utilizing visual management.

Delivers shift briefs with focus on quality, cost, and delivery.

Prepares reports and updates for upper management.

Liaises and coordinates with support functions.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

Ensures that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are monitored and targets are achieved.
