Job Description

K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for production Supervisor as Follows:

1. Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products

2. Set up methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments

3. Order materials and supplies

4. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy

5. Recommend staffing actions such as hiring and promotions

6. Prepare production and other reports

7. May set up machines and equipment

8. Solve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
