Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage production activities.

2. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

3. To oversee production and guarantee the highest quality, supervise production and spend every day on the floor.

4. Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement improvements.

5. Meet production deadlines

6. Optimize all daily processes in order to smoothen out the day-to-day activities
