The Incumbent Candidate should have the following Profile-

ld have worked as operation head/Operations Team Leader/Production superintendent etc in a manufacturing/Process industry with deep level of involvement in Production,maintenance,workshop Engineering and Tunnel Kiln opeartions.

e of work will be-Improve Productivity,Reduce cost and Motivate people to perform in areas of operations like Production,maintenance,Kiln and Electricals and Services Depoartments

be Directly Responsbile these departments and should have the Knowledge,thrust and initiative and capabilities and extreme will to implement the scope of work and get Results.

ld have high social and interactive skills to get along with peers and get the support of other Functional and services Department to implement his own work.

ld have the characteristics to accept Challenges in day to day ld be able to absorb Challenges from Machine,people and in interaction without getting hurt or demotivated and aim at achieving his own scope of work.

ld be able to Maintain the culture of Reporting,Monitoring and Achieving independently without any Push from any one.
