Roles and Responsibilities:
-Make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis.
-Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team.
-Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.
-Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.
-Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously.
-Ensure GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP(Good Hygiene Practices) are being followed on the production floor.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.
-Schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.
-Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO, Inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.
Experience:
-Experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.
-Demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting.
Required Skills:
-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
-Certification in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP is mandatory.
-Preference for additional certifications such as HACCP, 5 S, ISO 9001, ISO , Auditor's training, etc.
-Strong discipline and attention to detail.
-Excellent skills in manpower handling and task delegation.
