Job Description

• Monitoring and executive the projects.

• Planning raw material procurement as per production plan & releasing purchase request.

• Participating in stock (Inventory) taking against the cloud 9 system stock at the month end.

• Creating and issuing material from inventory to production order & closing and completing the work order.

• Daily production planning, weekly production planning and monthely production planning.

• Capacity planning of manufacturing process.

• Review the BOM, creation of BOM, change in BOM, update the ECN.

• Administrating and planning the production schedule on a daily basis and managing the workforce according to daily production targets.

• Providing daily MIS updates to the business stakeholders.

• Creating and maintaining all the required documents for internal & external audits.

• Working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & overall operations for timely completion.

• Conducting raw material planning based on BOM (Bill of material), consumable planning based on moving average and consumption based planning.

• Directing production-related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting; setting up production targets and achieving the same within time and cost parameter.

• Strategizing plans for production in accordance with the customer schedule and leading the production targets in line with the monthly plan.
