Trainee (Production Operator)

Responsibilities:

Performing simple repairs and maintenance of process equipment;

Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks;

Assistance in the work of specialists;

Maintain a clean and organized work area;

Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

Reading drawings and technological documentation;

Performing technological operations for cutting materials;

Preparation of reinforcing fabrics (carbon and glass fabrics) according to the technological process;

Marking and cutting of reinforcing fabrics (coal and fiberglass), processing edges;

Use of manual cutting and measuring tools;

Management of cutting machines and equipment;

Removal and storage of finished products and semi-finished products;

Dimensional control of finished products and semi-finished products;

Replacement of cutting working bodies on mechanical machines.
