1. Ensure 100 % safety of self & others by following the Imerys Safety guidelines/ culture.

2. Ensure all the machineries are well operated & maintained like Transfer pumps, Screens of different sizes, conveyor belt,

hoist etc.

3. Ensure quality parameters are maintained & monitored throughout the shift operation in coordination with the Shift

Incharge.

4. Ensure good overall plant housekeeping & 5S practices.

5. Regular participation in EHS & Improvement initiatives.

6. Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

7. Punctuality & good attendance records to be maintained.

Ensure 100 % contribution in the preventive & breakdown maintenance as per plan in coordination with the maintenance

team.

- Participation in all kinds of cross functional activities like SAFETY, QC, Logistic, 5S etc.

- Handling shift in absence of Sr. Operator or Shift Incharge.
