Job Description:

We are looking for a fresher to join our production team in biofertilizer manufacturing. The role involves assisting in the production process, including microbial culture preparation and fermentation. This is a great opportunity for someone new to the field to gain hands-on experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing microbial cultures for biofertilizer production.

Help operate fermentation equipment and monitor production processes.

Prepare media and materials required for large-scale microbial fermentation.

Monitor and record production parameters (., temperature, pH) during fermentation.

Perform basic quality checks on products during and after production.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.

Willingness to learn about production processes and equipment.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Basic knowledge of microbial handling is a plus.
