Job Location: Dombivli East MIDC, Mumbai, Maharashtra

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a regulatory-approved plant.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (., . or . in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy).

• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with equipment like reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and multi-mills.

• cGMP Knowledge: Basic understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulations.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and follow standard operating procedures.

• Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to maintaining high production and quality compliance standards. ready to relocate to Dombivli.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, multi-mills, and other machinery used in manufacturing processes.

• Safely manage pyrophoric reagents, Raney nickel, and operate pressure reactors (autoclave) in line with company policies

• Oversee and ensure thorough cleaning of production areas, maintaining compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Monitor and maintain environmental conditions on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

• Implement and uphold basic current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in daily operations.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure smooth workflow and minimise downtime.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, Including Batch records, test results, and any deviations from standard procedures.

• Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
