Key Responsibilities

ntory Management: Manage and order inventory of fabric and accessories to ensure timely production

Orders: Prepare detailed job orders, tech packs and bill of materials and maintain all the data in the ERP system

ling Management: Manage end to end sample development process, coordinate with buyer for sample development to ensuring order finalization

uct Development: Develop new products, samples, size charts, farma and patterns.

atch: Ensure timely and efficient dispatching of orders to customers.

uction Management: Address any production issues promptly and effectively.

ity Control and Assurance: Set and communicate quality standards to uct rigorous quality inspections at various stages of production to maintain high standards.

rting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production activities.

lier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

gning: Create garments designs on computer via design softwares such as Adobe, CAD etc.

Qualifications

mum of 6-10 years of experience in Production Merchandising.

ng understanding of the garment industry shirts, pants, uniforms.

llent leadership and team management skills.

ptional communication and negotiation abilities.

en track record of successful product development and merchandising.

ng analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

ity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
