Roles and Responsibilities

Liaise with the supply chain team for constant material availability to ensure increased efficiency and optimum productivity.

Should be able to take care of shop floor activities and Processes, Man- management.

Looking for an experienced dynamic authoritative person with sound knowledge of Indian ethnic wear production.

To manage end to end production to achieve the daily/monthly targets of the company through efficient, quality and cost effective production.

We expect you to make sure that the production site is following the defined planning and that quality of production is assured.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. A sound knowledge of the Garment production process

2. Must possess Process management skills, Excellent organizational and planning skills

3. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

4. Must manage team for best quality output
