Prioritizing orders

Managing the tailors productively

Fabric planning and sourcing

Fashion design and coming up with solutions to address the issues that come up from customers and how the product should be designed

Scaling up the team and resource planning

sourcing fabrics and trims

Working with the team to improve our products and designs

Preparations for photo shoots and in house design

Working with the team for our standard size solution

Supporting the team for recruitment and outsourced vendors for stitching
