Monitoring Incoming inspection & record

Circulation of incoming material status

Vendor communication for NC

Vendor Metrix for OK, NOK product & Vendor wise

Customer communication for NC

Monitoring In process inspection & record

Plan for correction / Corrective action / Preventive action for internal / external

Fixture validation for dimension / ease of manufacturing / full proofing

Final Inspection / product layout record & monitoring

Leak testing report & analysis

Training needs / identification / plan / effectiveness monitoring

Sample built up record / requirements / feedback

MIS record for COPQ / internal - external rejection / rework

IATF: Implementation, audit and approval and thereafter adherence to the standard

UL audit conduct / follow up / in house UL testing record

Internal cleaning soluble / non soluble / particle size record

Impulse test record

ISO 9001:2000 adherence to standard

Achieving 200 ppm external rejection target for year 1

Achieving 1500 ppm internal rejection target for year 1

Daily, Weekly and monthly reports to the management
