Graduate.

EXPERIENCE :

Prior experience of handling and managing work in manufacturing setup.

Must have handled factory of minimum 100 workers.

Must be organized, good in planning and coordinating.

Should be a team player and must be able to lead the team with empathy and respect.

Optimize Production, Develop SOPs & equipment's performance.
