Personal will be responsible for a group of products

take targets from team and push them to achieve targets

Personal will be responsible for managing day to day affairs of production of the manufacturing setup

Knowledge of TQM, TPM, OEE:

Production planning.

Oversee the production process, schedule, and drawing up.

Ensure that the production is cost effective.

Decide what resource is required.

Draft a time scale for the job.

Estimate caste and set the quality standard.

Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.

Be responsible for selection and equipment.

Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.

Work with management to implement the companys polices and goals.

Ensure that health and safety guiding are followed.

Supervise and motivate a team of worker

Review worker performance.
