Must have the experience to handle 60-80 manpower.

Responsible to execute the monthly production plan to optimize the resources.

Responsible to minimize the rework cost by improving the process & minimize the existing cost.

Willing to work extra hours if needed.

Responsible for ISO & safety activities.

Responsible for lead time reduction.
