He might also manage workers and perform tasks like hiring and training them.

The production manager organizes staff meetings to ensure effective communication within the company and discuss production goals and ways to coordinate them with organizational goals.

He should have good textile knowledge about weaving, yarn counts, braiding, etc.

Having up to 5 years of experience in Textile industry with proven track record.
