Job Title: Production Manager

Minimum 8 to 14 years in Machine Shop, Aerospace, Defense, or Oil & Gas industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Management:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet business and market demands.

Ensure efficient use of resources to meet production targets and quality standards.

1. Quality Assurance:

Oversee the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

1. Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

1. Operational Efficiency:

Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

1. Inventory and Resource Management:

Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and minimize waste.

Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain production reports and records.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
