�� Prepare the quality assurance documents specifying supplier��s details and submit these to the customers.
�� Prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products.
�� Look for cost reduction strategies.
�� Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
�� Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
�� Deal with any customer complaint investigations or product issues.
�� Compile, check and approve product specifications and labelling.
�� Responsible for sample stock keeping as well as providing samples to the customers for pilot trial purpose.
�� Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in food science and technology.
�� Train and educate production staff on new processes and technologies.
�� Maintain data in excel with respect to requests from the sales team, raw materials�� quantity, customer details, dispatch details etc.
�� Manage customers��/suppliers�� visit in the lab.
�� Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
