We are looking for a highly experienced and trustworthy Production Manager from India to oversee our production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations, timely output, and high-quality packaging products.
• Implement and optimize production schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring all products meet industry and customer specifications.
• Supervise production teams, including machine operators, helpers, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure proper machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for film blowing, printing, laminating, and bag-making machines.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Maintain raw material inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Analyze production data and reports, making necessary adjustments for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new packaging solutions and enhance product quality.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of company data, customer details, and order information.
• Train and mentor production staff, improving skills and efficiency.
