• Overall Production planning, its communication to the Production Manager.
• Inducting the employees by orienting them with policies (food safety), process, roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure that the HACCP, Q. A. system is operating in the company is in line with the requirements of the current national and international standards.
• Responsible for following company’s approved production processes and process control procedures.
• Identifying improvement in existing system
• Identification of training needs of the departmental colleagues.
• Ensure legal compliance for food preparation and safety.
• Initiating and ensuring the recall of the products from market place and/or from end consumers as per the defined procedure.
• Evaluating the cases of deviations in case of major food safety incidences and additional preventive actions to be taken.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to products or processes.
