Verify and approve Monthly production plan in consultation with DGM.

Verify and Approve material requisition in consult with DGM.

Daily Production Planning and Control.

To ensure that inspection is carried out according to the Quality Control Process Table (QCPT) during production.

To plan manpower for the smooth operation.

Responsible for proper Storage and Handling of all items, used for production.

Responsible for Maintaining Good Housekeeping & Discipline in the shop floor.

Responsible for Document and Data Control in Production and Quality Department.

Responsible for Product Identification and traceability in Production area.

Ensure productivity and Quality.

Responsible to take corrective action in the event of non-conformance in consult with DGM.

To stop and control production of non-conforming products.

To train & guide sub-ordinates for implementation of the QMS and ON JOB Training.

To ensure that functional objectives / process measures are known & understood to the team.

To ensure that functional objectives / process measures targets are met.

Daily report of Production and Quality activities to DGM.

To carry out production trials in consultation with DGM.

IATF16949, ISO & ISO AWARNESS & Implementation.

Knowledge with SAP will be preferable
