Job Summary: The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in production operations. This role involves collaboration with various departments to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product manufacturability.

Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for production issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Train and support production staff on new processes and technologies.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to production processes and changes.

Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in [specific software/tools, ., CAD, ERP systems, etc.].

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
