2. Responsible for Training & development of Operators on quality awareness, Customer Specific Requirements etc.

3. To held daily Production meetings to review day to day Production issues.

4. Handling of Major Instrument like, Profile Projector, Height Gauge, Roughness Tester, Shaping machine , Shaving Machine Operating & Maintenance.

5. Handling Machine Like CNC,Honing,Grinding ,Power Press Machine,(SIEMENS & FANUC CONTROL).
