We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Production Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of our manufacturing unit based in Haridwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing production teams. The candidate should possess a solid background in manufacturing operations with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning & Scheduling: Plan and manage production schedules to meet the demand for goods while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to quality standards.

-Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, provide training, and ensure that all team members work according to safety and operational procedures.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards, including monitoring production processes, inspecting materials, and conducting regular quality checks.

- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and prevent any production delays.
