be Responsible for Production Output and Product Quality Including On-time and Accurate Delivery, Order Fill Rate, Production Schedule Attainment, Etc.

allocate Resources Effectively and Fully Utilise Assets to Produce Optimal Results.

monitor Operations and Trigger Corrective Actions.

share a Trusting Relationship with Employees and Recruit, Manage Plant Staff

build a Network of Trusted Vendors for Job Work

collect and Analyze Data to Eliminate Places of Waste or Overtime.

commit to Plant Safety Procedures to Ensure the Execution of Sound Safety Programs to Achieve Zero Injuries.

develop Systems and Processes that Track and Optimize Productivity and Standards, Metrics and Performance Targets to Ensure Effective Return On Assets.
