Looking for a PRODUCTION HEAD for a reputed surgical disposable manufacturing company in Peenya for immediate appointment.

Candidate should have at least 5 to 10 years of experience with a Pharmaceutical, Surgical or Cosmetic manufacturer.

Candidates residing within a radius of 5kms from Peenya would be preferred.

Should be fluent in English and Kannada and should be well versed with computers usage etc.

Experience in the Production department of a manufacturing unit would be an added advantage.

Brief Job Description:

Responsible for the overall functioning and handling of the production department

Lead and guide a team of production supervisors, machine operators, helpers, loaders etc

Aware of the QA and QC processes

Experienced in ISO and GMP standards implementation

Able to plan production cycles dependant on the orders in hand

Plan for the raw material and packing material in coordination with stores department

Ability to fine tune productivity and reduce wastages

Have a good understanding of production machinery and preventive maintenance

Salary and Benefits:

Package Rs. 30,000/- per month (Rs 3,60,000/- per annum)
