Job time - General Shift.

Gender - Male

Job Location -Vasai (East) Palghar, Maharashtra.

Job Description:-

1)To check drawings

To check BOM as per the drawings

2)To prepare indent of material, as per approved BOM & check availability with the store

3)To ensure proper flow of production with respect to drawings and check resources

4)To carry out stage-wise inspection of the job as per internal QC and approved QAP

5)Make necessary arrangements for dispatch of the job

Ensuring proper housekeeping & safe working environment on the shop floor

6)Should be able to achieve the production targets

7)Co-ordinate with third party inspection

8)Handle the contractor teams to achieve production dispatch on or before the desired date & time

9)Should have knowledge of welding and weld consumable

10)List of equipment’s to be handled: - API storage tanks, columns, pressure vessel, heat exchangers, reactors (agitated) etc.

11)Should have knowledge of construction material for all equipment's

Should have knowledge of ASME U stamp procedures to execute the job on the shop floor

Should have knowledge of plate layout preparation in Autocad

12)Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes like forming, materials, cutting etc.

13)To prepare & achieve production plans / flowcharts.
