Production and Mining Engineer

We are Empyres Group, mining and mineral processing company indulged in products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a Mining and Production Engineer for our mine and plant at Sawa, Chittorgarh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites.

• Producing models or plans for possible mining sites.

• Using specialist computer applications to maximize planning and production.

• Monitoring and evaluating underground performance.

• Managing construction projects.

• Training and supervising staff.

• Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff.

• Check and maintain production output of the processing plants.

• Submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant.

• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 plus years of experience in similar industry.

• Experience in using various types of Mining and manufacturing machinery and tools

• The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Experience with production planning, controls and instrumentation
