 Maintain production as per schedule (Daily plan).

 To make plan for efficiency improvement, reduction of down time & cost and effective

implementation of the same.

 Working Handle in Press Shop 5 Tonnage to 200 Tonnage.

 Monthly Production Planning on the basis of Customer ly and daily production plan.

 Coordinating & follow up of Schedule Deadline & Delivery Dates.

 Tool change Over Plan & Process in charge.

 Raw material Planning& Inventory control monthly .

 Welding assembly line Incharge (visual and inspection with parameter)

 Having good knowledge of Measuring Instrument.

 Reduce in-house Rejection.

 Knowledge in new part development according to production documents.

 Distribution job For Different Process of Job like Machining.

 Knowledge of various techniques for Improving Operation.

 Control the quality problem on Press Shop & key Performance Indicator.

 Monitoring of PPM on Monthly Basis.

 Maintain 7 Wastages.

 Conducting Poka -Yoke (FOOL proofing devices) on line to reduce in-house rejection and customer complaints.

 Maintain 6S,7QC,WI, OS, Kaizen,PFC, PFMEA , OPERATOR SIKLL MATRIX,FIFO Documentation in Shop floor, & Welding Area .

Work Experience 4+ Years in Production Department.(Sheet metal automotive parts)

 Knowledge of Basic Instruments- Vernier, Micro Meter, Height Gauge, Bevel Protector etc.

 Knowledge of Coating Tester (Manual & Digital).

 Knowledge of Calibration of Gauges & Instrument.

 Knowledge of Tool Assy.

 Knowledge of control Plan.
