Produce crushers as per production plan

Allocate manpower based on prioritization of orders and availability of material

Ensure check sheets are maintained and filled to ensure that all quality parameters are met

Track actual hours generated, analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance efficiency of workmen

Maintain shop floor by ensuring principles of 5S and Kaizen are met

Test each equipment after assembly, identify potential problems, correct identified problems and implement preventive actions where required
