Should be familiar with ORACLE system

Knowledge of BIS standards

Prior experience in wiring accessories

Responds positively with a sense of urgency while meeting quality standards.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Application of 5S and Kaizen on Production floor

Works in a safe, clean and responsible manner

Daily Production and Scrap analysis.

Analyse Assembling defects to determine likely failure modes.

Support all manufacturing operations equipment availability (uptime) and preventive maintenance of equipment

Monitor and check daily production outputs and targets

Production Plan Layout & set-up & installation of new production equipment.

Improve operator skills & meet customer satisfaction & service delivery

Performs all product-handling activities.

Maintain required hygiene and follow safety practices as established.

Performs other related duties as needed.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Effectively communicate with Leads, co-workers and department staff from all areas of operation.

Overtime hours may be required based on work demand. Employees must be flexible with the work hours as needed. Might need to work different shifts and work weekends.
