The production supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient, safe, and meets the quality standards set by the company. The position oversees the work of production operators and ensures that production schedules are met. The production supervisor is also responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of production operators

Ensure that production schedules are met

Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality

Implement safety protocols and ensure that safety regulations are followed

Maintain production records and prepare reports

Train and coach production operators

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production targets are met

Identify and troubleshoot production issues

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs

Maintain equipment and ensure that it is operating efficiently

He should report directly to the Production Head

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
