Job Responsibilities:

1) Trouble free operation and maintenance of packer machines,Bulk wagon Unloading machine ( Beetle Charger , Boot Lift ,

Deducting chute ) truck loading machines and belt conveyor systems. Availability of man power working safely and giving

awareness of safety, ( Maintenance work carried out : Packer , Elevator Chain & buckets replacement work, Wagon & Track

Maintenance, Truck loading machine maintenance work)

2) Daily arrangement and allocation of Manpower & Material resources, Coordinating with stores & Purchase for planned

requirement of spares.

3) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of various mechanical equipment's like. Hydraulic system. Material handling

equipment’s like. Bucket elevator, Screw Conveyor. Belt conveyor etc.

4) Ensuring compliance with safe working practices & safe working environment through effective supervision and awareness

building in the maintenance personnel and ensure housekeeping of departments.

5) Preparing breakdown analysis reports and analysis and also maintain data regarding equipment reliability.

6) Report preparation and record keeping on daily operation & maintenance activities in plant and also in prepare report for audit

work.
