Production Engineer

Looking for a Production Engineer who can efficiently performs production tasks, provide design and process inputs and is responsible to build a daily prioritization task list bases on production needs and situation.

Responsibilities:

? Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

? Enabling tooling design with help of the design team.

? Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

? Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.

? Resolve issues and delays in production.

? Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.

? Obtaining any materials and equipment required.

? Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

? Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.

? Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

? Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.

? Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

? Qualification: /Diploma Mechanical/ Mechanical Engineering.

? Experience: 5 years+ agricultural implements manufacturing setup, especially rotavators.

? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Strong organization and management skills. ? High level of technical expertise.
