Job & Responsibilities:-

 Method of gating & riser design for both cast green sand & shell molding pattern.

 Customer communication and die correction.

 Conducting trial and do the post-trial correction.

 Periodical & preventive maintenance of dies

 Die life, die breakdown history monitoring

 Manufacturing & Maintenance of die casting dies.

 Ability to take on challenges & perform individually.

 Co-ordination with internal and external customers to resolve the quality problems

 Handling die casting dies for 1650 ton to 2250 ton Machine.
