Review of QAP & Approved drawing.

Fabricate job as per approved drawing & QAP.

Coordinate with project for materials.

Coordinate with contractor for manpower.

Prepare micro bar chart and ensure the fabrication as per committed delivery date.

Coordination with QC department for all technical & Stage wise inspection activity.

Planning and follow up for outsourcing job activity like machining, rolling, pressing.

Coordination with Contractors / Workers for housekeeping and material shifting and completion of equipment.

Guidance to Contractor / workers for daily activity.

Must be involved in fabrication activities wherever personal critical job like reactor assembly Column alignments.
