Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join

our team, specializing in the manufacturing of springs and stamping parts. The Production

Engineer will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, ensuring high-quality

output, and maintaining cost-efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of

manufacturing techniques, equipment, and quality control, along with strong problem-solving

and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Design, implement, and optimize production processes for spring and stamping parts

manufacturing.

∙Monitor and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement

corrective actions.

∙Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to ensure product quality

and equipment reliability.

∙Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.

∙Develop and maintain detailed documentation of production processes and

procedures.

∙Train and mentor production staff to ensure compliance with quality and safety

standards.

∙Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.

∙Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce

waste.

∙Apply value engineering principles to optimize production costs and improve product

quality.

∙Utilize knowledge of manufacturing processes to streamline operations and enhance

productivity.

∙Handle and manage blue-collar workforce effectively, ensuring smooth operations on

the shop floor.

∙Regularly report to management on production performance, challenges, and

improvements.

∙Identify gaps in the production process and implement strategies to improve

productivity.

Qualifications:

∙Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a

related field.

∙Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in

the manufacturing industry.
